Rajat is the Chief Business Officer, Founder and Director at AcoBloom International
He is functionally responsible for Business Development and Marketing at the company. Operationally, he leads the technology and analytics division. He is also responsible for Human Resource strategy and Data Security Strategy.
Rajat is a qualified Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with a Bachelors Degree in Commerce from Delhi University where he graduated with Honours. He is also a CPA from CPA Australia and holds a CPA certificate from Delaware state board of Accountancy, USA (Not in Public Practice). Additionally, he is a Certified Information System Auditor (C.I.S.A) and a Member of Information System Audit and Control Association, USA. In the past he has worked with Deloitte and is presently a member of the Deloitte Alumni Program.
Regarding his work, he has over 23 years of experience in the fields of co-sourcing, outsourcing, and offshoring with a proven track record in serving Accounting & Tax Chartered Accountancy and CPA firms in countries such as United Kingdom, United States of America, Australia & New Zealand, Cannada, Ireland. Having worked alongside businesses from around the globe; he has gained expertise of working with clients from a cross section of industries.
In addition to this experience, he has extensively worked in the consulting domains particularly in Marketing Entry businesses in India and the UAE. In this capacity, he has served multinationals from countries such as Germany, Netherlands, United Kingdom, United States of America, Canada, UAE, Spain, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, France, Norway, Switzerland, South Africa and Taiwan.
He has also co-authored two books on transfer pricing, published by Lexis Nexis and Taxman and is a regular speaker and writer for various professional forums and journals.
