To facilitate seamless transitions from Canada, UK, USA, Ireland and Australia to our offices in India, we have developed an internal Excel tool. Clients fill out relevant details in this tool, which is then shared with our operations team to initiate job processing and client communications.

Transition workflow Process

1. Transition Planning

Our dedicated transition team collaborates with you to understand the scale and nature of your firm and business processes.
Develop a detailed transition roadmap.
Identify and manage risks.
Create comprehensive plans for staffing, technology, infrastructure, and monitoring/reporting.

2. Implementation Strategy

Execute plans by assigning personnel, implementing necessary technology, preparing training materials, and conducting training sessions.

3. Operational Transition

Shift to operational status in ‘pilot’ mode.
Initiate process monitoring.
Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders.

4. Continuous Improvement

Conduct regular meetings (monthly/weekly).
Provide performance reports.
Track SLA metrics.
Develop improvement strategies.

Systems Delivery & Process/Data Transfer

Cloud Hosted Software

When working on cloud-hosted software such as Sage, FreshBooks, Wave, etc., you just need to create a user ID for us so we can work on your jobs from our secured premises.

Remote Desktop Program (RDP)

When using desktop-based software, you can create an RDP login for our team. We will connect to your system and work as if we're part of your local team. You can restrict certain drives or folders for added security.

Secured VPN | GoToMyPc | LogMeIn

If RDP isn't an option, secure VPN logins like GoToMyPC or LogMeIn can be used to access your computer and handle your tasks securely.

FTP

We use a secure file transfer tool called Sync. You will receive an email with a link to upload the necessary documents, which our team will securely download for processing.
